Print Voided/Refunded Items to Kitchen

When a customer cancels an order, changes their mind or an employee sends the wrong items to the kitchen, it's really important that you send an update to the Kitchen.

  1. Go to Settings in the main navigation bar.

  2. Select the General Settings tab.

  3. Scroll down to Print Items/Kitchen Printing.

  4. Under PRINT DEVICE NAME, select Enabled.

  5. Scroll down and press Save.
