Xero Accounting Software

    Xero is a new and powerful accounting software platform. Merchants have the option to post their Acadia POS data to Xero. If you are on Xero's Basic Plan, we recommend posting data weekly. If you are signed up for one of their higher-level plans and have more invoices, we recommend posting data to Xero daily.

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Select General Settings.
    3. In the Xero Integration section, select Enabled under ENABLE INTEGRATION.
    4. Scroll down and press Save.
    5. Once the page refreshes, scroll back down to the Xero Integration section and you will see several new fields.
    6. Enter the values associated with your Xero account in the corresponding fields. The values you'll need are:
       a. CLIENT ID
       b. CLIENT SECRET
       c. REFRESH TOKEN
       d. TENANT ID
       e. CONTACT ID
    7. Scroll down and press Save.
