Create an API Key

    Although each account comes with a default API Key, we recommend creating a new one using your merchant MID number.


    1. Go to Settings.

    2. Select the API Keys & Integrations tab.

    3. Press the + New API Key button in the upper right corner.

    4. Delete the preloaded key in the field under KEY and enter the MID number in its place.

    5. Under PERMISSION, select the permissions you want to be associated with the API Key.
       a. Full Access: Complete access to the backend of the POS.
       b. Products Only: Access limited to the products.
       c. Customers Only: Access limited to the customer profiles.
       d. Orders Only: Access limited to all of the sales.
       e. Mobile App: Access limited to the mobile app.

    6. Scroll down and press Save Changes.
