Email Customer When Order Is Completed

    Notify a customer via email when their order is completed.


    1. Go to Settings in the left navigation menu.

    2. Select the General Settings tab.

    3. Scroll down to Print Items/Kitchen Printing.

    4. Under ALERT CUSTOMER(EMAIL) WHEN ORDER IS CLOSED(KDS), select Enabled.

    5. Scroll down and press Save.
