Print the Number of Open Tickets

    At the end of the day, on your printed daily report, you can enable the setting below so that the number of tickets that are still open are displayed.

    1. Go to Settings in the main navigation bar.

    2. Select the General Settings tab.

    3. Scroll down to Print Items/Kitchen Printing.

    4. Under PRINT NUMBER OF OPEN TICKETS, select Enabled.

    5. Scroll down and press Save.
