Schedule Changes in Name, Cost or Price

By enabling this setting, you will be able to schedule a change in a product's name, cost and/or price. This is great if you like to plan ahead and need updates to your menu or inventory to be effective on a specific date.

1. Go to Settings.

2. Select General Settings.

3. In the Add-ons section, select Enabled under ALLOW SCHEDULED SAVE.

4. Scroll down and press Save.

5. Go to Items. A calendar icon will appear on each product. 

6. Press the icon associated with the product you want to schedule a change for.

7. In the pop-up window, press +Add New.

8. In the dropdown menu below Field, select the attribute you wish to change.

9. In the field under Value, enter the new value.

10. In the field under Apply Date, enter or select the effective date for this change.

11. If you would like to enter another attribute change, press +Add New and select the appropriate attribute from the list under Field.

9. Press Save Changes.
