1. Go to Settings.

2. Select Items.

3. Press the Gift Cards button in the upper right-hand corner.

4. Locate the gift card you want to view the history of. You can either scroll through the list or enter the gift card number or customer name (if assigned to specific customers) in the search field and press Filter.

5. In the corresponding row, press the calendar shaped icon to the left of the red X icon.

6. The history will appear in a pop-up window.

7. Press OK to exit.
