POS integration

POS integration supports the following:
- Pulling current caller's information from point of sale station. The system will use the phone number to find POS customer profile.
- quickly create a customer profile with the caller's phone number
- pull previous orders for that customer profile, with option to load items from those previous orders

Also, the following additional options are available:
- Automatic transcripts of all calls done through the system.
- AI transcript analysis
