1. Go to Items -> Count:

2. Create a new recount. You can select a location and optionally select categories that recount will be restricted by.

3. After creating it, you should be able to edit it. Use Count screen to add products for recount(either search or scan a barcode into Search Or Scan product field, select product(s) there, use Count Item button to add those products to recount):

4. After adding products using Count Item(s) button, you can enter counts in the Count fields for each product:

Use Save Recount button to save amounts that you are entering(refreshing the page without saving will cause data loss).

5. You can then use Totals screen to see totals:

Missed screen to see products that are in stock, but were not counted:

And Reconcile screen to make final adjustments on items where the counted value differs from the one that's in the system:

Use Finish / Save Reconcile button after adjusting the values on this page to the correct ones. Then a Shrinkage report will become available on the Shrinkage tab.
