Refunds Only For Existing Orders

    Disallow refunds that are not linked to existing orders in the POS.

    1. Go to Settings.

    2. Press General Settings.

    3. Scroll down to Surcharges.

    4. Under DISALLOW REFUNDS NOT LINKED TO EXISTING ORDER, select Enabled to prevent refunds that aren’t linked to existing orders. Select Disabled when you wish to reallow them.

    5. Scroll down and press Save.
