Submit a Support Ticket

In order to submit a support ticket, you will need to log into your account. If you do not already have an account, you will need to Create a Support Account.

  1. Go to tickets.acadiapos.com.

  2. Log into your account.

  3. At the bottom left-hand corner of the screen, press the green + symbol.

  4. Enter a title for your support ticket. I.e. Invoices not printing, Issue with PAX device

  5. Under TEXT, describe the issue you are experiencing in-depth. The more information you share the easier it will be for our support team to resolve it.

  6. Press select attachment and upload a photo of the error message. If possible, upload a video of what actions you are taking that lead to the problem you are experiencing.

  7. Select new from the drop-down menu under STATE.

  8. Press Create.
