Customize Customer Notification Email

Customize the email that your customer receives when they complete an order on your eCommerce site.

  1. Log into the backend of your eCommerce site.

  2. Press the three horizontal lines in the upper right corner.

  3. Press Store in the navigation menu on the right-hand side.

  4. Press Settings in the right-hand navigation menu beneath Store.

  5. Select Notifications and Receipts from the menu on the left side.

  6. Scroll down to Receipt Emails.

  7. Under Receipt Email Header Content, enter the message you would like your customer to see above the order details.


  8. Under Receipt Email Footer Content, enter the message you would like your customers to see beneath the order details. Contact information, thank you messages, and privacy/ return policies are common in this section.

  9. Scroll down and press Save.
