Notify Customer that Order is Ready

For online orders, you can send a customer an email confirming that their order is ready. First, you'll need to enable Email Alerts for orders. Once this setting is enabled (you only need to do this once), all you'll have to do is press the green checkbox on the Kitchen Display Screen which will trigger an email to that customer.

  1. Go to Settings in the main navigation bar.

  2. Select the General Settings tab.

  3. Scroll down to Print Items/Kitchen Printing.

  4. Under ALERT CUSTOMER (EMAIL) WHEN ORDER IS CLOSED (KDS), select Enabled.

  5. Scroll down and press Save.
