Used by browser-based customers with older Windows touchscreen devices, this setting displays a virtual keyboard. This allows you to use the browser-based POS without having any hardware keyboard connected. Note: If you have a tablet, iOS/Android, this setting would not apply.

1. Go to Settings.

2. Select General Settings.

3. Scroll down to the Accessibility Settings section.

4. Select Enabled from the dropdown menu under VIRTUAL KEYBOARD ON INPUT FIELDS.

5. Scroll down and press Save.
