1. Go to Settings.
2. Select the General Settings tab.
3. In the Add-ons section, select Enabled from the dropdown menu under ENABLE CUSTOMER-FACING SCREEN.
4. Scroll down and press Save.
Enable Customer-Facing Screen
If you have a device with front and customer-facing screens, you'll need to enable this setting if you want the customer-facing one to work.
