Customize Pay Categories for Employees

Create custom roles for employees who might work more than one role at your business. For example, an employee might work as a bartender during one shift and as a manager in another.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select the General Settings tab.
3. Scroll down to Time Management.
5. Enter the role values (manager, server, sales associate, etc) in the field under CLOCK-IN PAY CATEGORIES(COMMA-SEP). Separate the roles with commas.
4. Scroll down and press Save.
