Once you've create a purchase order, you'll need to generate a PDF that you can email, fax or mail to your vendor.

1. Go to Purchase Orders in the left navigation bar.

2. Locate the purchase order you want to export.

3. Press PDF to the right of that purchase order.

4. Open the PDF that downloaded and print it.m
